Well, we have been so busy there no time for posts or even entering the website. So I came up with this recipe you can do of fruit SMOOTHIE...
Ingredients: 1/2 cup of strawberry 1 banana 1/2 cup of pineapple Directions: Blend into your blender until liquid. Serve fresh & enjoy! There is many other ways of making smoothies! You can use the fruits in the picture to make a SUPER smoothie! Maybe don't use them all at the same time, but example strawberry with pineapple or grapes all alone. I recommend that you don't mix any fruit with watermelon! Watermelon smoothies turn out fiberish!
