We plan to do a challenge for all people on July 1 - 3! It will have a variety of vegetables and fruits. In this challenge we will avoid foods like breads, pastas, wheat, most beans and nuts. But this doesn't mean you are not going to enjoy it! You can enjoy it, just enter this challenge and you will enjoy! We will email you and tell you what to do each day of the challenge. The challenge is going to be three days if you feel like to do some more you can ten days more.
