Our day for soup is Wednesday's. Yesterday's soup was Nasty soup with homemade onion crackers with stuffed potatoes.
The recipe for the crackers is: 2 cups of whole spelt flour 2 cups of white spelt flour 1 Tbsp of salt 2 Tbsp of olive oil 2 cups of water Preheat your oven to 350° F. Mix all the dry ingredients then add the water and oil. Make into a ball then roll out on a flat surface. Cut the rolled out dough with a pizza cutter or cookie cutter into desired shape. Put parchement paper in your pan and put the crackers on top. Punch holes with your fork so the crackers won't inflate. Bake for 20 minutes or until brown. By: PLI
