It's been a crazy long time since I've been here, and I'm back! Today its all on hydroponics. I worked in a place that made hydroponics for a winter, since they didn't have a green house. We had a professional that has a major in engineering agricultural and he was in charge of the whole operation. I personally don't know much on how to do it but it was truly fascinating. For a few hours of the day they would turn on the water then add some nutrients to the water once in a while. There was a whole panel of growing light on the wall turned on for about 8 hours a day. They planted them and they took about 2 weeks to grow to about the size in the pictures.
The taste of it I do know well! 😄 They planted different types of greens, curly romaine, parsley, and lettuce. They all were quite small, but tasted great! Really fresh and crisp! Well that's all I have for today, Izaia

4 benefits of regular physical activity 1. Exercise controls weight Exercise can help prevent excess weight gain or help maintain weight loss. When you engage in physical activity, you burn calories. The more intense the activity, the more calories you burn.
Regular trips to the gym are great, but don't worry if you can't find a large chunk of time to exercise every day. To reap the benefits of exercise, just get more active throughout your day — take the stairs instead of the elevator or rev up your household chores. Consistency is key. 2. Exercise combats health conditions and diseases Worried about heart disease? Hoping to prevent high blood pressure? No matter what your current weight, being active boosts high-density lipoprotein (HDL), or "good," cholesterol and decreases unhealthy triglycerides. This one-two punch keeps your blood flowing smoothly, which decreases your risk of cardiovascular diseases. Regular exercise helps prevent or manage a wide range of health problems and concerns, including stroke, metabolic syndrome, type 2 diabetes, depression, a number of types of cancer, arthritis and falls. 3. Exercise improves mood Need an emotional lift? Or need to blow off some steam after a stressful day? A gym session or brisk 30-minute walk can help. Physical activity stimulates various brain chemicals that may leave you feeling happier and more relaxed. You may also feel better about your appearance and yourself when you exercise regularly, which can boost your confidence and improve your self-esteem. 4. Exercise boosts energy Winded by grocery shopping or household chores? Regular physical activity can improve your muscle strength and boost your endurance. Exercise delivers oxygen and nutrients to your tissues and helps your cardiovascular system work more efficiently. And when your heart and lung health improve, you have more energy to tackle daily chores. By: LMI If you often feel tired, there is a high chance that it could be due to inadequate consumption of water which makes the body function less efficiently. In fact, fatigue is one of the first signs of dehydration. When there is less water in the body, there is a drop of blood volume which causes the heart to work harder to pump oxygenated blood out in the bloodstream, and other major organs also work less efficiently. Thus, drinking adequate water can help your body function better and reduce fatigue. If you feel thirsty that means you are dehydrate. So drink your WATER! By: LMI Our day for soup is Wednesday's. Yesterday's soup was Nasty soup with homemade onion crackers with stuffed potatoes.
The recipe for the crackers is: 2 cups of whole spelt flour 2 cups of white spelt flour 1 Tbsp of salt 2 Tbsp of olive oil 2 cups of water Preheat your oven to 350° F. Mix all the dry ingredients then add the water and oil. Make into a ball then roll out on a flat surface. Cut the rolled out dough with a pizza cutter or cookie cutter into desired shape. Put parchement paper in your pan and put the crackers on top. Punch holes with your fork so the crackers won't inflate. Bake for 20 minutes or until brown. By: PLI I haven't kept any of you posted. So sorry, after all "saying sorry does fix the problem." (My mom's quote) hahaha! We went for a trip to Tennessee and had a blast. So just wanted to inform you guys that I'm back on the blogging business!!! By the way I took all this pictures with my one camera! We had a great time! Lifeis1st-P Well, we have been so busy there no time for posts or even entering the website. So I came up with this recipe you can do of fruit SMOOTHIE...
Ingredients: 1/2 cup of strawberry 1 banana 1/2 cup of pineapple Directions: Blend into your blender until liquid. Serve fresh & enjoy! There is many other ways of making smoothies! You can use the fruits in the picture to make a SUPER smoothie! Maybe don't use them all at the same time, but example strawberry with pineapple or grapes all alone. I recommend that you don't mix any fruit with watermelon! Watermelon smoothies turn out fiberish! Anybody knows the answer for this little riddle?
Hint: The word ends with apple... Did you get it yet? Well, if you think you got it comment below! By: LMI Today I was very busy! School, work, cleaning, cooking, preparation for the Sabbath and so on... At last I found a bit of time to write this post and do a little scribbling in this page.
